Transition Solutions can coordinate everything you need related to the sale of your present home and your transition to a new home. The best part is, we help you pay for the services you need most. The first thing we do is a needs analysis. We talk to the Senior and their Family to identify the type of help that will be needed for the transition. There is a list of services to choose from and based on the needs of the senior and the family, services can be added or increased as needed. The Realtor, a Senior Real Estate Specialist, (SRES) will go through the home and will identify in writing how to best to prepare the home for sale. We will estimate the market value of the home if sold AS-IS versus the estimated market value if recommended repairs are made.
If a client needs downsizing assistance, we can help with the process of sorting and organizing belongings. This is our clients most widely used service and rightfully so as the thought of sorting through 10, 20 or even 30 years of family belongings and memorabilia can be quite emotional and the process, quite daunting. We also have people who specialize in document organization and packers to do the heavy lifting!
